Temple Fitness just completed its Winter 2026 Mindfulness, Body & Soul Fitness Retreat at Diamond Mills Hotel & Tavern Resort located in picturesque Saugerties, NY. A peaceful escape in the Hudson Valley, overlooking the Esopus Creek with waterfall views from every room. Participants were treated to a full spa and fitness package. After an incredible workout, participants were pampered with their spa treatments.

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with certifications in Zumba, Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, Les Mills Body Combat, and Water in Motion.
I specialize in private one-on-one training for adults ages 40–80, focusing on strength, mobility, balance, and functional fitness. I also lead fitness retreats designed to energize and inspire individuals of all ages.
My approach is personal, safe, and results-driven — because fitness isn’t just about looking strong, it’s about living strong.
Lastly, I am the founder and CEO of Temple Fitness, LLC.

Carlos is a Retired NYPD Police Officer with 21 years of service. Currently, Carlos serves as an active-duty Police Officer with the Town of Woodbury Police Department and also acts as the department's Defensive Tactics Instructor.
His Martial Arts training & certifications include:
- 2nd Degree Black Belt Tae Kwon Do
-Senior Associate Level
